Burcu embarked on her career path as an RCIC in February 2019. She started her immigration consulting business after seventeen years of experience as an educator and educational leader. Although she is relatively new in the industry, setting clear entrepreneurial career goals helped her scale her business from one employee to seven employees in three years. She believes whether it is three years or thirty years in the profession, being an RCIC and a business owner require embracing a dynamic approach, a growth mindset, and positioning yourself strategically in your market.
